2025 Annual Meeting

The 2025 annual meeting of the AACBNC will be held at the El Mangroove, part of the Autograph Collection of the Marriott Hotels in the Gulf of Papagayo in Costa Rica. The meeting will run January 15-18, 2025. Meeting registration along with the hotel room reservation link will be available shortly.
Meeting registration
The registration for the 2025 Annual meeting is $625. The meeting registration covers the welcome reception on the evening of Wednesday 15th January, closing banquet on Friday 17th January, and refreshment breaks during the meeting on the 16th, 17th and 18th. Registered attendees will receive conference program material and can participate in all meeting sessions including those featuring invited speakers. Select the Meeting Registration category card and pay securely by credit card on the AACBNC website.

US$404 + taxes per room per night, subject to applicable local taxes (13% sales tax)
Resort fee USD$20.00 + 13% tax per room per night.
Room rates will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the Meeting Dates.

Travel to Costa Rica
Most tourists do not require an entry visa to Costa Rica. A valid passport is however required for entry into Costa Rica. The passport has to be valid for at least three months after the arrival date in Costa Rica.
Costa Rica has two international airports: San Jose International Airport and Liberia International Airport.
The conference hotel El Mangroove is 11 miles from Liberia International Airport, and 141 miles from San Jose International Airport.

A reminder that membership dues for the 2024-2025 subscription year are due from July 1, 2024. Please click on the Members link above to pay your annual dues. If you have already signed up on the Members section of the website, you will be able to see your membership dues payment history on your member page of the website. Members can pay their membership dues securely via credit card through the AACBNC website
