AACBNC Meeting Sponsors

AACBNC welcomes sponsors to join us at our 2025 Annual meeting at the El Mangroove, Autograph Collection Marriott Hotel from January 15-18, 2025. Members of AACBNC are decision-makers, planners, scientists, educators, and budget holders. Exhibitors get a chance to interact directly with members in the exhibition Market Place during all 3 days of the meeting, and also at social events.

At the 2024 meeting in St. Kitts, members in attendance controlled a total budget of over $100m in their respective departments.

Sponsorship Levels

Sponsorship rates for the meeting are shown in the panels below. Select your preferred panel or panels below to become a meeting sponsor. Silver Sponsors receive 8ft x 10ft space, one 3ft x 6ft table and chair, one complimentary guest registration, meeting hotel rate for your registered guests, attendance at all member events including breaks, reception, and social events, company logo with hyperlink on AACBNC meeting webpage for a year, and company name, logo and advertisement in meeting program. Gold Sponsors also get in addition their company associated with one session in the meeting program. Platinum Sponsors also get in addition their company associated with a social event or banquet (or conference bag), and can open a meeting event or banquet with a 10-minute presentation on their products or services.
