Membership and Attendance

Dear AACBNC Members,

 

Thank you for your patience while we arranged the 2023 Annual Meeting. 

 

The 2023 AACBNC Annual Meeting will be held March 15 - 19, 2023 at The Don Cesar and Beach House Suites in St. Petersburg, FL. We have arranged a package that we hope you will find exciting.

 

Membership dues:

Please log onto the AACBNC website at aacbnc.org  to pay your annual dues for this year if you have not already done so. Thanks to all who have already paid their membership due for this year.

 

Meeting registration:

The registration for the meeting is $575 which is an increase of $50 compared to the last in-person annual meeting in 2020. The registration fee covers the welcome reception on Wednesday 15th March, closing banquet on Friday 17th March, and refreshment breaks during the meeting. Registered attendees will receive conference program material and can participate in all meeting sessions including those featuring invited speakers. Social guest registration: 

The social guest registration fee this year is $375 (unchanged from the meeting in 2020) and covers the welcome reception, buffet breakfast daily, and closing banquet.

 

One-Day registration: 

The fee for attending one day of the meeting is $400. This covers the invited speakers, conference program materials, and refreshment break for that day.

 

Hotel reservations: 

The group room rates per night for a Luxury Standard Room is $439 + $30 Resort Fee + sales tax 7%, occupancy 6% = $529.97.

 

The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel (Florida) on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. After this date, all rooms not guaranteed by deposit, credit card or the Master Account will be released to The Don CeSar Reservations for general sale. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. 

 

The Room rates will be available two (2) days prior and two (2) days after the Meeting Dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. 

 

Members are able to make reservations by phone or on-line through the personalized tool Passkey (see below).

When you make your reservation, it is necessary to guarantee the room to a credit card, which will be charged the first night’s room and tax.
