Q. When does the meeting start and end?
A. The meeting starts with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday March 15th. The sessions at the annual meeting will be on Thursday March 16, Friday March 17 and Saturday March 18. The hotel expects most members to arrive on Wednesday March 15. You can use PassKey to make your reservation if you plan to arrive March 15.

Q. I would like to arrive before Wednesday March 15th? Can I make my reservation using PassKey?
A. No. You will need to call The Don CeSar Reservations Center, 800-282-1116 using the code AACM23 in order to make your reservation. Call 8:30 am-4:30 pm Eastern Time; anytime before or after that, guests may be routed over to a 3rd party reservations system who may not be able to help with bookings or extended dates.
Q. I would like to extend my stay past Sunday March 19th? Can I make my reservation using PassKey?
A. No. You will need to call The Don CeSar Reservations Center, 800-282-1116 between 8:30am-4:30pm Eastern Time using the code AACM23 in order to make your reservation.
Q. Will I get charged the whole stay when I book my rooms?
A. No. You will only get charged one night to hold your room reservation.
Q. I am a member of the Executive Committee. I have a meeting the evening of Wednesday March 15th and I am arriving March 15th. Can I make my room reservations using PassKey?
A. Yes. If you are arriving in the morning or afternoon of Wednesday March 15th, you can make your reservation through PassKey.
Q. I am a member of the Executive Committee. I have a meeting the evening of Wednesday March 15th and I am arriving Tuesday March 14th. Can I make my room reservations using PassKey?
A. If you arrive the day before on Tuesday March 14th, you will not be able to make your reservation using PassKey. You will need to call The Don CeSar Reservations Center, 800-282-1116 between 8:30am-4:30pm Eastern Time using the code AACM23 in order to make your reservation.
