The 2023 AACBNC Annual Meeting will be held March 15 - 18, 2023 at The Don Cesar and Beach House Suites in St. Petersburg, FL. We have arranged a package that we hope you will find exciting.

 

Membership due for 2022-2023

2023 Annual Meeting registration

The registration for the 2023 Annual meeting is $575 which is an increase of $50 compared to the last in-person annual meeting in 2020. The registration fee covers the welcome reception on the evening of Wednesday 15th March, closing banquet on Friday 17th March, and refreshment breaks during the meeting on the 16th, 17th and 18th. Registered attendees will receive conference program material and can participate in all meeting sessions including those featuring invited speakers. Social guest registration

The social guest registration fee this year is $375 and covers the welcome reception, buffet breakfast daily, and closing banquet. To register a social guest, please click on the "register for meeting" button above.

 

One-Day registration

The fee for attending one day of the meeting is $400. This covers the invited speakers, conference program materials, and refreshment break for that day. To make a one-day registration, please click on the "register for meeting" button above.

 

Hotel reservations

The group room rates per night for a Luxury Standard Room is $439 + $30 Resort Fee + sales tax 7%, occupancy 6% = $529.97.

 

The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel (Florida) on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. After this date, all rooms not guaranteed by deposit, credit card or the Master Account will be released to The Don CeSar Reservations for general sale. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. 

 

The Room rates will be available two (2) days prior and two (2) days after the Meeting Dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. Members who wish to arrive before or stay after the meeting at these room rates must call The Don CeSar Reservations Center, 800-282-1116 using the code AACM23.

 

Members are able to make reservations by phone or on-line through the personalized tool Passkey (see below).

When you make your reservation, it is necessary to guarantee the room to a credit card, which will be charged the first night’s room and tax. If you cancel 5 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 5 days of arrival, the penalty is the cost of the entire stay.
